                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 2812
                   SILVERDALE ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   SILVERDALE ROAD NORTHEAST OF LEE HIGHWAY, FROM
                   R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 2812 Silverdale Road,
                being on the southeast line of Silverdale Road
                northeast of Lee Highway.  An unplatted tract,
                being the property described in deed book 4621,
                page 431, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 139J-G-5.
               
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
